Easy Livin' / Sleep #379
This tea is intended to sip on in the afternoon when you are ready to begin to quiet down in preparation for the evening and sleep. It is not a complete knock you out tea, though some will feel more sedation than others. If you boil this tea you will lessen the hypnotic effects but still receive the shift from day time go to evening chill. If you do not boil it but do a warm overnight steep you may notice a heavier hitting hypnotic effect.
This teas flavor is delightfully mellow unlike so many sleep teas that are supremely bitter, it holds a neutrally natural flavor that is very easy to drink. Drink 1-2 cup or start small you may only need 1/4c. This tea pairs well with the Happy Hour and Parasympathetic Night Cap tinctures. Kind of the perfect close of the day package to ward off the stresses and be present with ease.
